Virtual Workshops

The deadline to sign up for a virtual workshop is 2 weeks (14 days) prior to the workshop start. Please contact us to sign up for a workshop if you miss the deadline.

In-Person Workshops

The deadline to sign for an in-person workshop is 1 week (7 days) prior to the workshop start. Seat numbers are limited and are based on workshop location.

All returns are governed by our Return Policy.

In-Person Workshop:

• If you are unable to attend the in-person workshop you originally signed up for, you may change your reservation to another upcoming event. You can choose from an in-person or virtual workshop.
• If you are unable to attend altogether and need to cancel your reservation, Sage Nutrition will refund you the full amount minus a non-refundable $15 transaction fee.

Virtual Workshop:

• If you are unable to attend the virtual workshop  you originally signed up for, you may change your reservation to another upcoming event.
• If you are unable to attend altogether and need to cancel your reservation and your Exam Review Guide has already been shipped, you will receive a partial refund of $160. This includes a $15 non-refundable processing fee. The Exam Review Guide is non-refundable.
• If you are unable to attend altogether and need to cancel your reservation and your Exam Review Guide has not been shipped, Sage Nutrition will refund you the full amount minus a non-refundable $15 transaction fee. 

Once you register for a Sage RD Exam Prep Course, here’s what to expect:

Review guides will be shipped according to your workshop date:

• Review guides will be sent 2 weeks prior to the date of the workshop for which you registered. The guide typically arrives within 5-10 business days.
• If you sign up less than 2 weeks prior to the workshop date: Your review guide will ship within 3-5 days.
• If you sign up less than 2 weeks prior to the workshop date: You may or may not receive your review guide on time.  

If you would like to expedite your book delivery, there will be an additional charge of $9.00 for priority shipping through USPS.  You MUST email [email protected] with this request.  We will send you an invoice to pay for the additional shipping cost before the review guide is shipped. We cannot guarantee that you will receive the review guide prior to your workshop date via expedited shipping.

You will receive access to:

Learning management system (LMS) through our website, www.sagerdn.com. You will see a welcome message from instructors, workshop details, and test tips and important links.

• Workshop schedule. The workshop runs from 11:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on both days. Please adjust for your time zone. 

Access to the other course materials (math principles course, quizzes and exams) will be provided to you on the first day (Day 1) of the workshop, not the date of purchase. The reason for this is there is a suggested sequence to the materials. If this sequence does not fit your timeline, please email [email protected] to receive early access to additional course materials prior to the date of your workshop.

If you request early access to the online materials , your three month access period will begin on the day you gain access to the materials.

Video recordings of the workshop will be posted on the course site within 48 hours of conclusion of the workshop date.

Things to do one week before:

• Once your receive your Review Guide, we recommend becoming familiar with major topic areas by flipping through the materials.
• Zoom links will be posted to the course site one week prior to the workshop date.

For security purposes, you will need to register for a free Zoom account. Please register in advance of the workshop using the link: https://www.zoom.us/ 

Other things to keep in mind:

• Dress comfortably, plan ahead for snacks and meals. Breaks are scheduled hourly for 10-30 minutes each. This helps us to move through the material in an efficient manner.
• Printer access: although not required, it is recommended to access a printer to print supportive materials. 
• Speakers: make sure to have adequate speaker sound. Use an external speaker if necessary. 
• Internet connection: For the best internet connection, we recommend plugging your computer directly into your modem using an ethernet cable. Wifi connections often cause delays or interruptions.

Practice exams can be taken as many times as the user likes within their access period (3 months). Rationales are provided at the end of the exam for missed questions.
